While many water filtration companies make claims they cannot substantiate, our system has been UL tested to ensure chlorine removal. Our system also has the highest UL certified capacity (300,000 gallons at 8 gallons/minute) of any whole house water filtration system in America. Whole House Water Filter - Water Quality

The Whole House Filter is installed on the main water pipe where it enters the building. This way all water sources in the home—drinking, bathing dishwashing and laundry—have been filtered and are of a superior quality.

Whole House Water Filter - Air Quality

Poor water quality results in poor indoor air quality. Disinfection byproducts and other contaminants vaporize into the air you breathe every time water is used in the home (i.e. while taking showers). The EPA rates chloroform gas (a disinfection byproduct) as one of the leading causes of dangerous indoor air quality in homes. It is also a known human carcinogen.

Whole House Water Filter - System Stages

Stage 1 - A 5-micron sediment pre-filter for the removal of sediment, rust and debris that can clog or impair the main filter unity.

Stage 2 - A blend of KDF-55, a copper/zinc oxidation media for the removal of chlorine, and a crushed mineral filter stone. By removing the chlorine and pre-conditioning the water, this stage allows maximum performance from the final stages.

Stage 3 - 20/50 mesh-coconut shell carbon for maximum reduction of synthetic chemicals.

Stage 4 - A 12/40 mesh bituminous carbon media as a final polishing stage to enhance purity, clarity and taste.

NOTE: Whole House Filtration system comes complete with main filter unit, pre-filter, installation kit, shut-off valve and required hardware. The unit requires 45" of vertical clearance, has a diameter of 9" at the base, and requires 24" of line length for proper installation. Typical installation is 1 to 2 hours by a licensed plumber and is usually done in your basement, garage, or hot water heater closet. The main filter unit is easily replaced, no plumber needed, every 3 years (5 years with no swimming pool). The sediment pre-filter should be changed every 3 to 6 months.
